Heather is a fine agent, she listens to what you tell her, what your wants are, she cares. After dealing with another real estate agent for several months and getting shot down at every turn due to investors, it was suggested to me to call Heather by my neighbor. I called Heather that night, talked with her, told her why I was looking to move and what I wanted & NEEDED. She called me the next day and asked me to meet her to look at some places. I fell in love with the neighborhood and the homes, all brand new! The 1st one was OK and I said I could make it work, (I have an 88 year old Mother I'm the caretaker of) and she said look at the next one 1st. I walked in and it was "the one". She knew all along that the 2nd would fit what I needed perfectly because she listened and cares about her clients. The other best way I can recommend her to you, is by saying that I was so impressed by her, I sent her business by the way of some of my officers that worked for me and they too loved her and have sent more business her way. I can not say enough good about this lady. When my house was built, she was there to do the walk through with me and found a couple of things wrong and helped me with some issues, all this I would have never caught on my own. The builder "fixed" what we found, I got what I wanted & needed and I can't be happier. Heather will ALWAYS have my business because she's damn good, has my back, knows her business and truly does care. Heather was referred to us by a coworker's wife. She is a consummate professional and dedicated to finding the right home for her clients. Heather treats each client like you are her only client and sets aside ample time to spend with you. She truly seems more interested in finding her clients the right home versus how much commission she will earn. The more you tell Heather about your likes and dislikes, the better she can sift through listings and show you the properties you really want to see. What we really liked is that she forwards listings to you via email so you can look through them first, then let her know which ones you want to see. This saves a lot of time for everyone. She will not try to sell you something you don't really want! She just keeps looking. Heather also recently assisted my very hard-to-please brother in finding a home and he was extremely happy with her services. Buying a home can often be a frustrating, miserable experience. Our experience with Heather was great. She's a very charming lady, easy to talk to, and committed to client satisfaction. She displays a very calm demeanor, but will take immediately action to assists her clients in resolving issues. Heather is successful because of who she is and what she stands for. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Heather as a realtor and, now, a friend.

Heather Etchings helped me in many ways. First and foremost, Heather is a professional. She "stayed with us" when there were many times we didn't really know what we wanted. Our search for the "perfect" place lasted approximately four months and Heather never "dropped the ball" even once. After finding the residence; the hard part started where Heather really came through. We had been told the we were "preapproved" by the bank. But, as it turned out, actually not. Not for a foreclosure that had a dead yard, bathroom stools, sinks, and all appliances had been removed, even the water heater. A hole had been cut in the ceiling in the laundry room. Our letter of "preapproval" from Wells Fargo apparently didn't cover the purchase of such a residence. HEATHER saved the day. As we were sitting in the offices of Wells Fargo, Heather had arranged a meeting with a collegue at B of A, Matt Maltese, on fifteen minutes notice, the meeting took place at 5:05 PM. Heather also had contacts with a plumber that got the water heater installed. Heather Etchings and Matt Maltese "walked" us through a whole host of problems that no other real estate person would have been able to do. I know. I've bought and sold 30 + properties over the years and this was the most difficult. Heather Etching is that one person in a thousand. She surrounds herself with good people. She has the integrity, instincts, insight, and foresight to be successful. The purchase we made was for less than $100,000 so it wasn't a big commission she worked her heart out for. One of the reasons she remained so loyal to us is because we remained loyal to her. Heather helped my daughter buy her first home at age 41. Heather is solid GOLD. Not only will I be making another real estate purchase in the Vegas valley, but I will be seeking out Heather to help me once gain.
